Call your respective helpdesk and request remote support. Our remote support service engineer will call back and diagnose of your problem.

Login to the IT Care portal

   
Step 4
 
Click the "Request remote support" button, please contact our supporting hotline, and our remote support service engineer will assist you at the same time.



   
Step 5
 
Please click "Accept" to allow our remote access service



   
Step 6
 
Please wait while the IT Care application downloads. Click the "Run" button when prompted by a security warning.

   
Step 7
 
Click "Run" button again when prompted by a security warning.



   
Step 8
 
Select the "Support Helpdesk" and input "Request code" provided by the PCCW IT Care hotline service. Click the "Start" button to connect with our support agent.
