- Configuration documentation
- Backup/restore procedure
   
B. Technical Support for BES:
- Problem escalated from CS hotline
- Direct support of customer BES administrators with system trouble shooting and resolution
- Onsite support for critical issues
   

C. PCCW Mobile Device Management (MDM) server implementation:

- Local onsite MDM server installation / upgrade
- Configuration documentation
- Backup/restore procedure
   

D. Technical Support for MDM :

- Problem escalated from CS hotline
- Direct support of customer MDM administrators with system trouble shooting and resolution
- Onsite support for critical issues
